About three weeks ago now I was invited down by a lady over at Sparkle PR to attend the UK boots launch of SheaMoisture. As a fellow curly head I jumped at the opportunity and also because I have been a long term fan and user of SheaMoisture. It leaves your curls popping and definitely well looked after.

Michelle Thomas: Fashion website launch
Working in hospitality isn't always the most exciting part of life I must admit. However when I found out that there would be (in my boyfriends words) "Some fashion show thing" at my restaurant of course I had to be there to hace a nose as we all know my interest in the fashion styling world. The event was organised by an amazing lady called Michelle Thomas Hamm, after chatting to her briefly after the event I found out she was a stylist and also used to be a designer. The purpose of the event was to promote her new website launch and overall it was such a lovely night. Michelle runs a mobile boutique which is something I've never heard before so I love the concept of it all, and all I can say is the clothes and jewelry were to die for. If I had the money, there would of been no clothes for her to take back. They were all unique pieces as you'll see below. I also found out that Michelle does these events quite regularly so keep your eyes peeled for the next one.

Tommy OOTD
Tommy gear jumper - Vintage aka my dads / Grey skinny jeans - H&M / Shoes - Nike air force 1's
Today was a pretty chill day and there's nothing more I love then just throwing on a jumper, jeans and trainers. Totally comfortable, but still a bit stylish. This jumper is the most comfortable thing I have ever owned and worn, it belonged to my dad but sneaky me had to snap it up. I'm totally in love.

Lush interview part two: Trial Shift
So here is part two of my two part posts about the Lush interview procedures. I've just got back from my trial shift which was so much fun I must say, short but sweet. It lasted about an hour and it was really simple, a lot more easier and laid back for me than the group interview. So I came in and was met with the trainee manager who brought me into the back and explained what was going to happen for the next hour. Really basic things, just making sure I'm approaching customers and trying to do as many demonstrations I can, she gave me apron to wear and brought me out on to the shop floor. Before I really started the manager and then another staff member demonstrated a few products on me so I knew what to do with the customers. Can I just say how amazing is the body shower scrub 'Rub Rub Rub'?! I tried it for the first time and my hands have never felt so smooth and soft since I came out my mums womb. TMI sorry. You can purchase it here anyways, if not go into your local store and have a try, it's totally worth it. The sea salts really exfoliate the skin and the jasmine flower infusion and organic lemon juice leave a really good smell behind.

Lush interview part one: Group interviews
I've decided to write up yet another job interview experience/process post as my last one, which was for Topshop was very successful and too this day one of my most popular posts. I also really love these because if you're anything like me then one day before your interview (or on the day itself) you'd be frantically searching blog posts and youtube videos on what to expect when going to an interview. And of course in tradition that was exactly what I was doing the night before my group interview at Lush. I applied for the Christmas temp as a sales advisor, so I wanted to be interview ready and take in as much information and advice my brain would allow.

Take advantage of life
Life is a crazy thing, it can be taken away from you just as quickly as the days go by. You become stuck in this routine, the way society wishes you to live and you seem to forget about all those, plans, dreams and ideas. Well don't. Make those dreams a reality before its to late.
Today I found out that someone I knew and worked with had passed away. I was shocked and couldn't believe what I was hearing of course. To think someone still so young could just go to sleep and never wake up again was just overwhelming. Just like that, gone. He was kind and funny, the one person who could always make me laugh during the long and sometimes hard hours of working at a restaurant. It was truly a pleasure to have known him, even for a short time. Although my mind is set on going places and seeing things, this still has put a lot of perspective on things.
Life is not guaranteed. Someone could have the best life you could ever imagine and die tomorrow. Someone could have the worst and live till their one hundred. You just never know. But what you do know is that you can make the most of every second. Cherish those who are still around you. Do all those things that you've been dreaming to do, no matter how long it takes to do it. Take advantage of this life we've been given because we only have one chance at it.
Be happy, love and and appreciate everyone around you.
RIP Luca. I hope you're somewhere great.

Matty Monday OOTD
Black hat: H&M
Hawaii shit
shirt: Primark
Tie-dye: Primark
Denim jeans: H&M
Shoes: Adidas
Who else is completely in love with this amazing Hawaiian printed shirt. As soon as I saw it, I knew it had too come home with him. Secretly even more in love because I'm planning to 'borrow' this shirt and incorporate it into an outfit some day soon. Matthew is definitely one for more comfort but each day he's becoming more and more stylish, with a little help from me of course but for the most part, he done it all on his own. I'm so proud.
Unfortunately I couldn't find any of the items online but the Primark and Adidas items, I know are still available too purchase in store. I hope you've enjoyed this short and sweet fashion post featuring my lovely Matt, I'm sure he will be here flaunting his stuff soon again.
Tamara.

Project 104 - Launch party
I was recently invited too a collection launch party by the lovely Sarah at over from Project 104 swimwear. It was my first ever fashion event so I was definitely more than excited to be invited. It was small, intimate with beautiful swimwear, cool looking people and fee alcohol. What more could you want? Although I came rather late and didn't stay for long it was a great first experience and I'm very grateful too have been invited to come along.
I first heard of 'Project 104' when I was a shoot assistant on a photo shoot with an amazing photographer Oliver Morris. Project 104's last collection was used and I fell completely in love. The pieces are so unique, nothing like I've ever seen before and that's why I love the brand so much. I've never been a swimwear type of girl in which I mean I avoid going places where I would need too wear a swimming costume or bikini however these pieces make me want too get on the beach and flaunt what my mamma gave me. Unfortunately I rely on my iPhone too capture pictures and it let me down last night. Below are a few of the only ones I got from the night. Some of the collection and the other two with my awesome friend and boyfriend who I dragged along with me. They totally loved it though...

Behind the 90's scenes.
I thought I'd finally share something I love and have a big passion for with you all. Fashion Friday is a way I thought I could incorporate fashion into my blog without it becoming classed as a 'fashion blog' as a whole, but more part fashion, part lifestyle. So that being said Friday will be the day of fashion my friends. The day I discuss all things amazing with you all. Although at this point in time it's technically not Friday, we can pretend. I've never really been the punctual one to be honest.
Being in the creative industry in any form let alone a stylist in the 21st century is what I like too call a trend. Being in the fashion world seems glamorous, fun, pays a lot and just full of amazing people, doing amazing things that is true but it also can be tough, competitive and very expensive when you're just starting off. So many people want to be doing something whether that be modelling, acting, singing, fashion designer, photographer...the list goes on but being a fashion stylist is something I long to do and would more than anything love to do it full time. However like anything you want in this world, it takes time and dedication.
I am trying to make those steps towards my career goals and I started off by doing my first planned photoshoot. After planning it for what seemed years, I finally managed to get an amazing creative team of beautiful girls (girl power) together to bring my ideas too life. It was a great day and I got too work with some very talented ladies. The day reminded me of what can be achieved if you really put your mind too it. Although it was a very small and probably simple shoot too others, too me was a big stepping stone...
Grow up.
Growing up is a crazy thing. You meet people, loose people, learn things, realize things you thought were true aren't and the other way round. You realize that time flies by and there's one thing we all know...you can't stop time.
People you thought were your best friends are now people you wouldn't even acknowledge on the street if you passed them by. Your happiest and funniest memories are shared with people you don't even say hello too over social media anymore. Those people you spent hours a day talking too or being with are nothing but memories.
Growing up let's you realize your mistakes but also the good choices you've made. Coming to terms with bad decisions made can be tough but I always remember this time next year, next week even; it won't even matter. If we don't make those wrong decisions we'll never learn. If we don't make those right ones, we'll never learn. Things are changing every day, hour, second...

The rebirth of Wild and Bewildered.
I was gone a long time but I am back and wanted too bring something different too this blogging world. I created this whole new blog and set everything up but then ended up thinking it was ridiculous too make a whole new one when my following is here. That's indecisive me at it again again. So with a change of thought, I decided too just bring all my posts here and merge everything together. The next few days won't be anything new, just me copying the posts over here. So here was my first post over on Wild and Bewildered. It was a long night.

Hey. I have recently decided I want something more from life then sitting around, wasting hours, waiting for tomorrows to come. I think we all once in a while get that overwhelming feeling of wanting to drastically change our lives. Travel the world, move to another country, get a job as something we never even knew we liked but that's not what I'm saying here. I just want some form of change. Life is a beautiful thing and although it may seem like we have so much time to do things, so much time to say "I'll do that tomorrow" yet the reality is we don't. We have 24 hours a day to do something amazing and meaningful. It may seem like a lot but before you know it your 60 years old wondering what you did all those years ago.
I don't want to be 60 years old thinking of all the 'what if's' or 'I should've'...I want to be telling people stories of all the things I thought..
