The Lettice stamp

Hello wonderful people of the internet, it has been a while. How  have you been? What have you been doing...reading even? Okay, enough of the questions. I am sorry for the lack of posts, I really am but not having my own laptop/computer really does get in the way sometimes and also I really have had no time/inspiration to sit down and just...type. But I am back, back to talk about fashion with all you wonderful readers.
Now the topic of today is a person in fact. Not a piece of clothing or shoes or a group of different people, just one person and that person is the beautiful and fabulous Phoebe Lettice. Who is Phoebe Lettice you ask? Well all I have got to say is, WHERE HAVE YOU BEEN?! Phoebe is the new member of Made in Chelsea. Several different faces has crossed our screens in the new series and Phoebe just so happens to be one of them. Why are you writing about her? I hear you ask again. Well this blog IS about fashion and I do really love Phoebe's style, so why not. Now you know all the basics, I shall get on but for all of you crazy people who don't watch Made in Chelsea, here is a picture of Phoebe so you can understand why I adore her fashion so much:

Above is a pure example of Phoebe Lettice's unique and individual style...
Though this outfit is not something I personally would go for, she has pulled it of perfectly in my opinion. I love the what seems to be matching jacket and shorts and the pattern is a perfect spring colour. As it's not too bright and summery but also not too dark and wintery. Perfectly in-between.

The main thing that I love about Phoebe's style is that she is different. She seems to wear whatever she feels like, not what everyone else is wearing. From the moment she appeared on the show rocking her metallic jacket, I thought LOVE HER. Everything she wears, she makes it her own. From her tartan jeans/leggings with her black chunky boots to her vampire-esk black, lace dress, she works it and puts a Lettice stamp on it. She is definitely one of my favourite Made in Chelsea cast members and definitely a new favourite icon. I love nothing more than people who make a style their own and Phoebe definitely does that.
Personally my favourite type of look in general is the 'stylish but comfortable' look. If that's even a look I must add. Surprisingly I do like to look half decent now and then but I am not one for dressing up like I am going clubbing on a day I am just chilling with friends or at home. Looking at Phoebe's blog, Instagram and watching her on Made in Chelsea, I think she has the 'stylish but comfortable' look down to a tee. Here are a couple of examples of what I am talking about:

As you can see they are both slightly similar but still have that same casual look to them. These are definitely my go-to outfits when I really have no idea what to wear and just want to throw anything on. You can never go wrong with a pair of black skinnies, oversized top, a hoodie and any old jacket thrown on. It is definitely an outfit I throw on regularly. Especially to college or if i'm just going into town, anything boring like that.

So after all that I think the outcome is Phoebe is my new style icon and I definitely will be getting fashion style ideas from her look. What do you all think? Yay or nay for Phoebe's individual style? Let me know in the comments below, would love to find out what you think. But until next time wonderful people. Goodbye!
