So I was recently nosing around on twitter as you do and I came across a twitter account dedicated to getting internships/apprenticeships for people through their website. I have been constantly keeping my eye on this account as fashion is something I am extremely interested in as we all know, well should considering my blog is partly dedicated to the fashion industry. Anyway they recently posted a opportunity with a upcoming entertainment channel BassBuds live or just BB Live. They are holding a competition for music artists, photographers, designers and bloggers to get the opportunity to do something with them, each prize is different for each category and there will be one winner for each. As a blogger/writer the prize for one lucky person would be granted backstage access to filming of a live episode. Also you'll get to promote your work on a more established level. So my personal style has never been something I could easily explain. I say this because, I could be in all black looking like a Goth one day and the next in the most girlie outfit you could ever lay your eyes on. But as for my influences, I have always been one for the more quirky, retro look...
I believe the looks are done really well by one of my favourite music artists Eliza Doolittle. Her style is something I have always looked at and thought wow. She's not the most out there person when it comes to the celebrity world, I mean you have got some really crazy characters like Katy Perry and Lady Gaga. However if I had to wear a style for a whole year, and be happy about it. It would be hers. Now I bet your're wondering how does your influence come from her then ? Well you will always catch Eliza in a pair of trainers. It doesn't matter if she's wearing a skirt, dress....maxi dress, she is always making the outfit cool with her nikes. Trainers are something I would wear with everything, well at least everything. In summer you'll catch me wearing trainers and shorts pretty much every day. It's not everyone's cup of tea but it's certainly mine.

When it comes to music influences, I have way too many. Music is a big part of my life and I couldn't go a day without listening to it. Personally music along the lines of indie pop/rock is my favourite type and I am always singing along to The Kooks or The 1975. Something along those lines. This generation has so many different genres of music catered to everyone, which I love. If only I could sing, I could list all the people that inspire me to want to become a famous singer. Also when it comes to music, music definitely influences my style in the sense the music I listen to really reflects the way I dress. For example, The 1975 have a style that's very 50/60's. The biker leather jackets, white t-shirts and skinny black jeans. Leather jackets are my absolute favourite and work with anything and everything, and well black skinny jeans I basically live in them.
